Like everyone, we are closely monitoring the global Covid-19 pandemic and our thoughts are with our customers and those affected by the virus.
We encourage our customers to practice frequent hand washing and maintain stringent hygiene practices, social distancing and self-isolation if you’re feeling unwell or have traveled internationally, The following are answers to some of the questions you may have.
What are you doing to protect against Covid-19/Coronavirus? Here at Adagio Naturals, we are doubling our health and safety efforts, focusing on the prevention of community spread. This includes increased sanitization of all work areas and ever frequent hand washing.

Will there be a delay in my delivery? As of now, deliveries and our supply chain will continue without interruption. Adagio Naturals is working in coordination with our third-party shipment providers and ingredient suppliers to ensure that all of our customers continue receiving their products in a timely manner.

Is my shipment safe to touch? According to the World Health Organization, “The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”
